Return Conditions

Return Process

If applicable, please include photos of the item showing any defects or damage.

We will review your return request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

  1. Return Shipping:

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items, in which case we will cover the return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at bathsandbodyworks@xyz.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will assist you with a return and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs
